Recording your meetings

Recording your meeting is easy. How to start and stop a recording depends on your call type:




XO Quick Conference

Step 1: Start

To start recording your conference, press 8 on your telephone keypad. Follow the voice prompts:

  • Press 1 to confirm that you want to start recording your conference.
  • Press 2 to return to the conference without enabling recording.

Participants who join after the recording has started will be informed that the call is being recorded.

Step 2: Stop

To stop recording your conference, press 8 your telephone keypad. Follow the voice prompts:

  • Enter 1 to stop the recording.
  • Enter 2 to return to the conference.

Step 3

Once the recording is saved onto the system, you will receive an email "Your meeting recording is now available."

Go to Access your recording for next steps.

XO Event Call

If you're scheduling an event, you need to order recording when scheduling your event.

Your recording will be sent by the helpdesk according to the order.

XO Web Conference

If you are in a WebEx meeting, it's best to click Recording through the WebEx interface. This will capture BOTH the audio and visual streams of the meeting. See the WebEx user guides for more information.
